Ballot System for Members
As an Arsenal Member, you can enter the ballot to purchase tickets for home matches. The ballot system gives Members priority access to tickets before they go on general sale. To enter the ballot, you will need to:
- Be a current Arsenal Member.
- Log in to your Arsenal account.
- Select the match you want to attend.
- Click on the 'Enter Ballot' button.
The ballot will close at a specified date and time. Successful applicants will be notified by email within 48 hours. If you are not successful in the ballot, you will be able to purchase tickets on general sale.
Red Members
Red Members will be able to purchase tickets for home matches one calendar month prior to each match. Red Members must log in to their Arsenal account to purchase tickets.
General Sale
Any remaining tickets will go on general sale to the public. Tickets will be available to purchase online, over the phone, or at the Emirates Stadium Box Office.
Digital Pass
Your Arsenal FC digital pass is an electronic version of your physical membership card. You can use your digital pass to scan into the stadium on matchday. To get your digital pass, you will need to download the Arsenal FC app and log in to your account.
Ticket Prices
Ticket prices for the 2023/24 season have not yet been released. However, you can expect to pay around £15 for a seat in the Upper Tier and £30 for a seat in the Lower Tier. Season tickets are also available to purchase, with prices starting from £250 for adults and £150 for children.
